VIOLATION OF THE SUPREME LAW MUST STOP
Am writing to all Kenyans who believe in the rule of law and encourage to inculcate the national values to the upcoming generations. The recent appointments of the Chief Justice of the Court of Appeal,Attorney General,Director of Public Prosecution and Controller of budget by President Kibaki is not vested on the public interest. The President move is unconstitutional and should not be encouraged following the Supreme Law of our country. For natural justice to prevail the due process of the appointment of the above mentioned position should follow what the new constitution says, that the JSC should be involved in the process and the positions advertised for elligable Kenyans to contest without drawing lines of gender. It starts with me and you quoting Mother Teresa she once said don't wait for leaders,do it person to person. The moment we collectivelly as Kenyans stand to protect the supreme law this country would change,we might not reach our objective but believe me we can do something positve done.It should not be interpreted that this article is against the people appointed but the process is the point of main concern.
